I have been getting lots of questions regarding what style of yoga is best but that is all based around you and your needs. The best way to find the right yoga style for you is to try them all!
Here is a video break down of some different style so that you can understand what each class is. When I am going to take class it sort of changes every day depending on my needs but my teaching style is a combination of my favorites vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha, and some times a little kundalini. I never plan any of my classes instead we always start with a breathing meditation to tune in and I ask spirit to flow through me. I listen to my body and practice a combination of what feels good and whatever the vibe is of my students.
