Working on flexibility is all about continuous practice the more you stretch muscle the looser it becomes. I have a lot of clients asking about yoga for tight hamstrings so they can touch their toes and more easily get into many different poses so I was inspired to create this flow for you!

Even if you are already flexible yoga for tight hamstrings makes for a great warm up working your way into inversions, waking the body up before starting your day, or winding down after a long day before heading off to bed.

Tight hamstringsĀ make you a lot more prone to injury and could also result in serious back pain so keeping the hamstrings loose is preventative to these outcomes.
