Day 6 Cutting out refined sugar saves money!
Looking back at day one when I was trippin on whether we would have enough food for the week I actually said it would probably only last 3-4 days thats because normally when I try to get a bunch of healthy stuff it all goes bad by the time we’ve made our way through all the naughty yummy foods lol.
I am feeling great and that $100 shop has lasted over a week now (as I am posting this video a little late). Cutting out refined sugar will change your life, it’s totally possible maybe not easy but possible for sure.
For Breakfast I had fresh pineapple, Lunch an amazing smoothie with the Four Sigmatic Mushroom Elixirs that totally get my day going in the best way, And for dinner a simple protein bowl with brown rice, lentils, quinoa, kidney beans, cumin, cayenne, cilantro, and lime, yum!
