After being dragged to the gym two days in a row my body was feeling it. I love most of the soreness (not the back soreness from dead lifts though…wtf) but my body was telling me to take it slow.

Listening to our body is crucial for a beneficial practice there are times when we need to push and use our masculine energy and other times we need to surrender to our feminine energy finding that perfect balance is beautiful.
